Personalised service is delivered through our vMeeting Network Operations Centre (vNOC). Our skilled Unified Collaboration specialists offer management and support services including scheduling, launching of calls, greeting participants, recording calls, troubleshooting callers with access problems, and production services such as rearranging screen layouts on a multiparty conference.
We proactively monitor network performance using our customised monitoring and alerting system. This provides remote and real-time warnings based on endpoint devices exceeding network thresholds for latency, jitter and packet loss. Proactive monitoring includes performing a daily morning ‘Health Check’ to validate that each collaboration system is operational, which has proven to be a cornerstone for reliable Unified Collaboration.
We understand that a single point of contact is critical for successful Incident Management. Our specialised vNOC team handle all technical issues from beginning to end including the coordination of technical issue resolution. The Service Reporting review meetings are held regularly to review utilisation, trending and performances against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that you’re getting the most from our Conferencing Collaboration service. Service Reporting also includes incident reporting which recommends remedial action to prevent recurring problems.

The Vantage vMeeting MCS provides support for unlimited Personal VMRs, Reservation VMRs, and vNOC Assisted VMR Events. Whilst the vMeeting MCS does not have a concurrent port limitation, for practical reasons Vantage limits the Personal and Reservation VMRs to a range of 5 -25 concurrent ports, and significantly more for vNOC Assisted Events (based on the transcoding mix).

- Simplicity: starts right up front with the workflow (scheduling, notify and attend) and continues to the actual Unified Collaboration session/meeting when introducing content. - Accessibility: part of the user experience involves the ability to access the Unified Collaboration solution easily from any network (company network, public Internet, mobile network), from any device (group video system, desktop PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone), and from any location (office, home, on the road, airport).
- Interoperability: the solution should offer strong interoperability to ensure that users can connect and enjoy a strong experience from different kinds of systems and software solutions.
- Quality of Experience: it goes without saying that the solution you choose should deliver high-quality video, natural feeling and easily intelligible audio, and high-resolution content.
Our vMeeting UC2UC Exchange can be integrated with your Skype for Business (SfB) infrastructure (otherwise known as cascading between the vMeeting UC2UC Exchange and your SfB infrastructure). This workflow is dependent on you scheduling a meeting using Skype Meeting button with the Outlook client. A personal VMR is generated by the SfB server and users attend the SfB VMR by either “click to join” or entering the VMR on the room appliance codec for both desktop and room appliance codecs. An advantage of the Personal SfB workflow is that only two concurrent ports per concurrent VMR are utilised, regardless of how many SfB clients and/or POT’s (assuming the SfB infrastructure has been configured to support PSTN conferences).
Our vMeeting MCS offers you the ability to access the Unified Collaboration as a Service easily from any network (company network, public Internet, mobile network), from any device (group video system, desktop PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone), and from any location (office, home, on the road, airport). In this environment, users join a virtual meeting by dialling into the respective VMR from the following devices: POTs, 323/SIP appliance endpoints, Web browser client, Skype for Business client.

Our vMeeting UC2UC Exchange has been awarded by the Australian Signals Directorate as an accredited ASD Certified Cloud service with the classification level of PROTECTED. The ASD Certification is based on the Australian Government Information Security Manual addressing security risk mitigations associated with Cloud computing addressing Information, Personnel and Physical security (stored in Australia).
